Refund Policy
We want you to be confident trying otowoto. Every new paid plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — and you do not have to ask us for it. One button in your dashboard sends the money back automatically.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with otowoto for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full and remove the widget. No forms, no interrogation.
1. How to request a refund
Open your dashboard, go to the Plan page and press the refund button. That is the whole process.
Pressing it cancels your subscription and returns your first payment straight away, through our payment provider. Nobody has to approve it — the guarantee is unconditional, so putting a person in the middle would only add delay.
The button appears on the Plan page for as long as you are inside the 30-day window, and it shows how many days are left. The deadline is calculated on our side from the date of your first payment, so a wrong clock on your computer can never cost you the guarantee.
If anything goes wrong while the money is being sent, your request stays open and we finish it by hand — you do not need to chase us.
2. What is covered
The guarantee covers your first payment for a new subscription. It gives you a full month to test otowoto on your real website with your own videos and visitors.
3. How refunds are processed
The refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We start it the moment you press the button; how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, usually a few business days.
Your plan returns to the free tier at the same time, so the widget keeps working on your site — it simply goes back to the free limits instead of switching off.
4. Renewals & cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. After cancellation the widget keeps serving until the end of the period you already paid for, then pauses without breaking your site. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
5. Renewal payments
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Later renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if something goes wrong on our side, contact us — we will always try to make it right.
6. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous and sits alongside, not instead of, your legal rights.
7. Chargebacks
You should never need one. A chargeback exists for when a seller will not refund you; here the refund is one button in your own dashboard and the money leaves us immediately.
If the 30-day window has passed, or the button is not doing what you expect, email [email protected] and we will look at it. A chargeback costs you weeks of waiting and gives you nothing the button does not.
